Widely used by turf specialists and golf courses, Lawn Sand is used for top dressing lawns and grassed areas to promote growth. This sand can also be used for repairing holes or uneven areas in grass/turf. Top dressing should ideally be completed in the beginning of spring and not while lawn is in its dormant phase. Lawn Sand is a naturally occurring product with no added nutrients, so in the event you require a product with added nutrients to encourage growth and water retention, please refer to Lawn Mix in our Soils section.
