Used in top dressing established lawns, this rich loamy sand can also be useful in repairing holes or uneven lawns and promote growth. As a loamy sand, Spearwood Red is higher in clay content and commonly added to existing soil profiles to add body and assist in water retention, as a lower cost alternative to soil conditioner.
